Peer Coaching
Get the most out of your nonprofit fundraising events through Fundraising for Good peer coaching. With Peer Coaching, you will be matched with a group of 8 to 10 fundraising professionals in organizational roles with a similar scope and size to your own, as well as industry experts to help you improve upon your organization’s fundraising event efforts.
One year of cohort support includes:
Eight peer-coaching meet-ups (Zoom): These 75-minute deep-dive collaborative coaching sessions bring fundraising peers from across the nation to share best practices, innovative solutions, and fresh ideas for event fundraising.
Fundraising expertise: All meet up are facilitated by Margaux Helvey, a fundraising professional of 20 years and nonprofit fundraising consultant of over 10 years.
A focus on fundraising events: Our main peer coaching sessions will focus on fundraising strategies for events like: primary events (galas), other events (golf tournaments, 5ks, etc), peer-to-peer, and third-party events.
Special topic sessions: These special topics & guest speakers will be based on your cohort’s areas of interest. These are topics that support and enhance events, such as: major gifts, communications and branding, direct mail, celebrity engagement, and corporate partnership.

Associated Costs:
An annual membership fee of $99 is requested to cover the administrative costs of the program. The content and coaching come directly from cohort members and are all a free exchange of ideas and best practices.
